In this course we cover first aid and CPR for adults, children, and infants. This course is ideal for individuals who care for infants or children and for parents or any family member who care for a baby or a child. This course takes a full 8 hour day and up on completion a three year certificate is awarded.
Comprehensive First Aid & CPR training for individuals who need training for adults, children and infants. Often required for those who work in child care or early childhood education workplaces, nursing, dental offices, or who simply want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home or in public. The course covers a variety of topics from basic first aid such as cardiovascular emergencies, CPR Level C (adult, child and infant), choking, airway and breathing emergencies, bleeding control, and prevention of disease transmission to more in-depth topics such as sudden medical conditions and injuries to the head and spine.
Includes Automated External Defibrillation (AED).

As of 2009, all boat operators are to hold a Coast Guard Certification Card. To gain this card, we offer a one-day course that will prepare you to write the Canadian Coast Guard boat proficiency exam. There will be plenty of demonstrations of equipment and safety aides as well as covering other topics such as navigational aids, anchoring basics, rules of the road, trailering, licensing, weather, winter maintenance, collision regulations, power and sail regulations and mandatory equipment. All the necessary paper work is provided and the exam administered at the end of the course. The ticket does not expire and is good for life.
